The Board of directors wish to clarify the “First notification of strike-off action in London Gazette (Section 652)”, this is now in the public domain.

Following the late completion and filing of the 2010-2011 accounts in December 2012 we have worked tirelessly to complete the 2011-2012 accounts which were submitted to our Auditors on 10th April 2013. We expect to receive the first draft of the audit report within the next 7 days.

Our Auditors are fully aware of the urgency of completing the report ASAP and they will be circulated with the notice of the next AGM as soon as they have are available.

The Board are extremely confident that the account filing process will be completed within the required timescales and fully expect to put an end to the unfounded rumours and speculation.

This evening the Chairman was asked point blank by Ian Stringer of Radio Leicester why this notification had been issued and the answer to the question is due to continued late filing of accounts.
