A Head Coach is sort to lead the U16 MJPL team into the 2026-2027 season. The key objective is to integrate the players into the Hinckley LRFC pathway readying them for the transition into U18 youth football for the following season.

The right person will be reasonably local, be passionate about developing young players and want to become an integral part of Hinckley LRFC and develop their own pathway within the club.

The U16 team will train and play at Leicester Road Stadium and will become an integral part of the club sharing resources and respecting the badge.

Hinckley LRFC will consider all applications without prejudice and will reply to all applicants.
