Another home game for the 'Mini Knitters' on a glorious winter morning . The away side, Coalville Rooks, are a notoriously strong outfit with plenty of attacking options and so HLRFC had to be on top form to come away with anything from this one. The game was a great watch. End to end with wonder strike after wonder strike from both teams. They had to be wonder strikes, as both goal keepers put on a display of fine saves. It could of gone either way but HLRFC stunned Coalville in the last period and the opposition just didn't have the answers to get back into the game. Both sets of parents and coaches would have walked away proud from this one. Some unbelievable football on display considering some of the boys are only 7 years of age.
