Two home wins over Sileby midweek and Barrow Town on Saturday secured all 6 points available to the Senior Development Group last week. The young group came out 3-2 winners in the Sileby fixture, however a dominant performance on Saturday which saw a 5-1 victory was easily the pick of the two games.

The Under 18’s travelled to the Pingles Stadium to take on local Midweek Youth League Eastern Division rivals Nuneaton Griff in their Season opener. The trip into Warwickshire was a productive one which saw the youngsters win 3-2. The fledgling table sees them sitting second.

This week we see another two fixtures at the Leicester Road Stadium, kicking off with the Under 18’s welcoming Racing Club Warwick this evening for a 7.30pm Kick Off. This will be a challenging fixture and one which kicks off Racing Club’s season.

On Saturday the Senior Development Squad take on St Patricks in a 3pm Kick off at Leicester Road, the group will be looking to successfully navigate this fixture and continue with the form they have found in the last two matches.
