Hinckley Leicester Road Football Club are looking to strengthen our junior section and wish to recruit coaches to lead the U16, U15, U14 and U13 age groups.

The ideal coaches will already have a level 1 accreditation and aspire to achieve their level 2. They will also have some practical coaching experience as well as currently or recently running a junior team. All coaches will be expected to run open trials in the close season with the objective of assembling elite squads to start the 2024/2025 season in September.

All teams within the junior section will train and play at Leicester Road Stadium and will become an integral part of Hinckley Leicester Road Football Club. Coaches will have the opportunity to train and develop their squads throughout the closed season in preparation for a new start.

The key objective for the club is to create a dedicated pathway from U13 buying into the club's football philosophy as they progress through the age groups with the ultimate aim of those successful players continuing their football development in our U19 full-time scholarship programme after completing school year 11. The scholarship programme has already been set-up to meet the EPPP Level 3 audit requirements.

This is a tremendous opportunity for aspiring junior coaches to join and help progress our junior section adopting elite methods, processes and procedures within elite facilities.
