
The game started slowly but Khalsa produced the first chance a shot from 18 yards just wide but neither side tested the keepers.
Hinckley took the lead on the half hour when Michael Armstrong helped on Humphreys header to Liam Read who broke the offside trap and poked home past an onrushing goalkeeper and in off the inside of the post.
The next chance also fell to Hinckley, Jordan Burrows breaking down the right hand side but seeing his low strike saved by Ganley in the Khalsa goal.
8 minutes later Khalsa were back level terms, after cutting in from the right hand a side a deflected shot fell to Andre Landell 6 yards out who fired the ball into the roof of the net.
Nuttall got in behind the Khalsa defence on 44 minutes his shot winning a corner but from the resulting corner Khalsa had their best chance of the half, an incisive counter attack saw 2 Khalsa forwards alone in the box but keeper Jake Laban made a fantastic stop to stop what looked a certain goal.
The second half started the same way the first ended with Khalsa beginning to control possession. Jake Wormleighton had to leave the pitch with help after staying down after a superb tackle.
Laban saved Hinckley once more on the hour a fantastic save down to his right from a close range header. The resulting corner saw Khalsa strike the bar from range with a looping effort
After that the game became scrappy but Hinckley did have a penalty shout when Humphreys went down in the box but the referee remained unmoved. Hinckley came to life in the 8 minutes of injury time when they themselves could of won it. Liam Read was stopped 1 on 1 with a great block from the Khalsa keeper and Humphreys found him self unmarked 8 yards out but a last ditch block kept the scores level
